Back Pain in Pregnancy

Studies indicate that a moderate to light amount of exercise daily is great for the back during pregancy.  If you were already exercising you can maintain your routine with some limitations.  If you are just starting please consult a physician for appropriate exercises to conduct during your pregnancy.  Remember feeling good will emote a happy baby!
